Adults with ADHD often feel overwhelmed by clutter, routines, paper piles, and daily tasks. It’s not about motivation. It’s about finding systems that actually work for the way your brain functions.

As a former second grade teacher with a Master’s in Education, I spent 25 years helping students with different learning styles, needs, and attention spans succeed in ways that worked for them.

That same personalized, judgment-free approach now guides the way I help organizing clients.

The Process 

  • Let’s begin by learning about you, your vision and goals.  Photos or a video call can be helpful. During this discovery call we’ll determine if an in-person consultation is needed or if we’re ready to get started! (Call usually takes 15-30 minutes).

  • We’ll work together to create a clear vision and plan for your space, tailoring it to how you hope it will look, feel and function.

    Then we’ll get to work!

    (Sessions typically last 3-4 hours at a time)

  • The typical steps include:

    • Editing & Eliminating

    • Categorizing & Containing

    • System Set Up

    • Maintenance

  • Once you live with your newly organized space, I’d be happy to come back for a refresh and to adjust any systems as life changes.
